Sorry, but there are some basic misunderstandings here . You can hunt all of those without any 'legal positionings' at all. As for a friend, you can shoot woodies on his land as long as the owner of the land (parents probably) give his/her permission. Put simply, ask your friend to ask his/her parents to shoot them.
