Pretty much the same uniform, though the Poles had rounded chabraques. Mount them on horses from the Russian sets and you're good.
For the rest of the Polish cavalry, most of them can be easily converted from existing French sets- except for the Krakus regiment, which I'm still hoping will be made by Strelets one day.
