I am worried that if Turkish CW troops are made in 2009 ,that many other figures made will be out of production and the molds disintegrated.This is a 4 year gap.

technically speaking, all released sets are "out of production" already. We've never re-released any single set. Having said that, molds for more recent sets are more durable than earlier ones and due to a significantly lower initial production runs may be re-run if so required.
