Masters of Medieval Levy 2

The sculpting and poses look very useful & promising!
Can`t wait to see more Strelets mini-sets announced!
Still hoping for a soon release of the 2 WWII sets though... .
Greetings

Re: Masters of Medieval Levy 2

They look great. I'm really glad to see that they're sculpted much thinner than most Strelets sets. Let's hope this is just the beginning and we'll get more sets in this better proportioned style.

I'm also excited that a few of the poses can be used as guardsmen, which are rare poses indeed (i.e. non combat poses).

Re: Re: Masters of Medieval Levy 2

The guardsmen look very useful. I'm thinking of placing them in a small village with a windmill, some of Pegasus' Russian farm houses and Zvezda's royal castle overlooking it all.

Re: Re: Re: Masters of Medieval Levy 2

They do look good indeed. Are they slimmer than the other Strelets figures? I like the marching poses the most.

They really look great!!!

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Masters of Medieval Levy 2

I´am surprised, they are not so dwarfic and more elegant than all figures of this company ´til today. Fine!

great figs!

Sprues and Figures shown on Strelets Webpage

The figures and sprues are now shown, and they look very close to the masters. I'm going to use some of empty handed spearmen as conversions for cheering spectators at a tourney, and others as merchants and other smallfolk. Those poses along with the guardsmen make this set even more versatile than Valdemar's marching peasants (though I'll purchase a set of those too I'm sure.)

All said, a great set.
