James, the Egypt set is superb, and apart from the intended use for his Egyptian campaign, many of the figures can easily slot in for other roles.

The fellow drinking could be in any French revolutionary theatre. The guy with the BYO coffin is suitable for any 'After the battle" scene, and the porter would slip nicely into a Haitian plantation.

The two cavalryman and Cantiniere could be adapted to horses and work from sunny Italy to Spain, either as cavalry figures or ADCs.

The mounted fellow with the broad brimmed hat could be a Spanish Guerilla or mule driver. An added lance would make an excellent irregular spanish lancer (now that's an idea for a whole new set). The explorer could be one of Wellington's Explorer spies travelling incognito around Spain (Major Hogan from the Sharpe novels). The Arab guy could be in any number of middle eastern forces, and time periods.

Such a versatile set and nice sculpting. Splendid indeed.
