For someone who does not drink alcohol, I sure have spent a lot of time in bars and liquor stores. Here is my Kiss Kiss bar, it started as a Dollar Tree bamboo building from a couple years ago.
When I find little buildings like this I always buy up a few of them since I always know I am going to find something to do with them and it's too late to buy them even a few months later.

MRS Bunkermeister and I save a lot of stuff, but we use it! I asked her to save spice bottles years ago and finally I have enough to re-organized by flocking collection.
I love this kind of stuff, because I think it is very elegant. We keep something we paid for and used for it's intended purpose. It sits in a box while enough is gathered to be useful. Then it is re-purposed to provide a tidy and utilitarian storage space for a hobby project.
It allows me to have nice things and not break the budget!

I first saw the movie The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms when I was about 7 or 8 years old, and always thought it was one of the greatest monsters of all time. I have wanted one for 60 years or more.
This year I turn 70 and I happened to have found a nice large size model of one, and MRS Bunkermeister approved the expenditure!
It likely will be a few weeks before it comes up in the queue but it's going to be great!
The Rhedosaurus is the giant reptile from the movie The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms. It's a great movie from the early 1950, it is said to have been the inspiration for Godzilla.
The monster attacks ships, a lighthouse, and finally New York City. The Army is deployed and eventually science and the Army manage to kill off the invader.
This model is great so far, here is a good look at the parts. Leave a comment below and follow.
Go see this movie this weekend and watch non-stop action, US Army verses dinosaurs in 1968 in Vietnam.
Excellent special effects, good story, very nice equipment.
They did have two M38 Jeeps with the steering wheel on the wrong side? Did someone flip the film, or was it because the movie was filmed in Australia and they used a local Jeep?
