In the past couple years I have had zero luck in finding either the Strelets 1812 Militia set or the Tecumseh set. I’ve been searching hard again recently still with no luck. Does anyone have any tips or knowledge of where I might be able to get either or both sets? Thanks so much.

I would recommend keeping an eye on this ebay store. It doesn't have those particular sets at the moment, but it does sometimes list hard to find 1/72 sets, including Strelets. I know the guy who runs it and he's great.

I have both sets. They are hard to find, especially now with the Trump tariffs, most Europeans won’t ship to the US. I found both 1812 militia and Tecumseh on eBay. They are rare. I haven’t seen the militia since but Tecumseh were available to bid a few months ago. So, you could still find them yet. Never give up. Many items I thought I’d never find eventually showed up. Good luck on your search. Hope you find them. They’re some of the neatest sets in the hobby out there.

PS I wish Strelets would complete the 1812 war by introducing American militia in summer dress or US regulars.
