OK friends, I was just around a house last night visiting a welder after Borat's kiss of death (74mph) with Knickerbrook, the guy fabricated alloy chassis for Rondel etc.

He showed me this picture and we want to know:-

1)What is it?
2)The Circuit?
3)The Driver?

The observant ones of you might notice how the drivers head protects the roll bar in advent of an inversion?
