As you all know by now the Summer Ball at the barracks is off!
We have a sponsor for our 10th Anniversary race so we have to do something for them as agreed in our initial negotiations.
I have found a restaurant in Combe village that will accept us(up to 24)in a private dining room on Sat evening.
I need to know within a 48hr period numbers and if this is even worthwhile as at present lethargy seems to prevail.
These sponsor types are willing to look at next season if they see a good turn out and a good time so lets do the proper thing and entertain them!
I need to know within a short lap time please(Fri 6pm)
