Stop zero tolerance speeding used as police revenue

Bedfordshire police are proposing zero tolerance on speeding meaning motorists could receive points at only 1 mph over the limit. Other Police forces are expected to follow If implemented the number of people banned from driving would rise dramatically resulting escalating costs elsewhere.
