Regarding Mallocks driving Mallocks, our current itinerary is as follows;

Easter Sunday at Thruxton, Ray will be racing his Classic Clubmans Mk18 A Sport in the HSCC Martini Trophy hopefully giving the Chevrons, Lola's etc a good run.
Also, Michael will be racing the Mk9 Mallock in the Historic F.Ford race against the Van Diemans, etc. My old Mk9 was an awesome car in 1969 in which I made new lap records both at Thruxton and Mallory. I was also the first driver to achieve over 100mph average lap speed on an English circuit!

The following Saturday (6th April), I will be contesting the first round of the BARC Clubmans Championship at Donington. Racing Bob Crozier's fabulous Mk21 A Sport Classic Clubmans Mallock - if Charlie gets the new crankshaft balanced in time!!
It has been a long time since I raced at Donington, can't wait......!

That was some lap speed for car and date. I was looking last night at 1981 F3 times at Tx and Thierry Tassin only managed pole at 102....
