We need to be aware of our culture to transform ourselves. Three-quarters of all teachers in Chile are working women, of which 74.7% are classroom teachers, a share that decreases with the level of education provided. This is a phenomenon that is repeated in administrative positions, as the more administrative responsibilities within establishments increase, the lower the presence of women.
