Stern gland leaks - Piper 59M

After ten years, Millie's stern gland started leaking this season. not badly yet.

I packed it with lots of waterproof grease but that did not seem to work (yet).

is the next step to get an engineer to lift her out ang replace the gland?

I'm in or around Toulouse for a few days, any names come to mind?
