Jabsco Toilet pump

the toilet pump "blips" every second or so and the "day toilet" slowly fills with clean water.

Turning off the "water pressure" switch stops it but obviously stops the tap water and the grey tank pump.

Could it be the Jabsco controller on the toilet wall? any temporary or permanent fix?

Jabsco toilet update.

Electric supply to pump disconnected. toilet still fills slowly.

Is there some equivalent of a ballcock that should stop the flow?
