Since we'll be seeing Dacians....how about Sarmatians?

The subject line says it all.
Since the Sarmatian Roxolani were allied to the Dacians and foes of Rome for a few centuries, how about a couple of sets?

Maybe one set of heavy lancers and another of light horse archers?

just a suggestion, but a creative sculptor might add a couple of Sarmatian women warrior poses

Re: Since we'll be seeing Dacians....how about Sarmatians?

Excellent point Hrothgar, Even if Strelets added 2 or 3 Sarmatian poses to the Dacian Cavalry set, I would be happy. I think we all are very pleased to see some Enemies of Rome which is a neglected area.

Re: Re: Since we'll be seeing Dacians....how about Sarmatians?

in the field of ancients, enemies of Rome are wide open territory.

The only Sarmatian types available are the 3 sets - Sarmats, Roxolans, and Bosporans-maybe 12 poses and primitive sculpts

for other warriors-two inadequate sets of Picts

No Irish warriors to raid Britain and fight Vikings

1 set of inaccurate 'Huns'.....

Re: Re: Re: Since we'll be seeing Dacians....how about Sarmatians?

haha I mean in the case of the Irish-Raid Roman Britain and go on to fight Vikings in the Dark Ages

Re: Since we'll be seeing Dacians....how about Sarmatians?

They should be - in a way - similar to the Alexander Nevsky figures that Strelets' have done so well./ Heavy cavalry with chainmall armor.
