Hello Strelets,

Firstly a big thankyou for the recent releases - now out in the UK just in time for the holiday season. Looking at the marvellous sculpts in the Commanchee/Early Texas Rangers I am in awe at the obscure but facinating periods it is now posible to collect/model /wargame, much of this down to the efforts of Strelets it must be said.

However, a recent read through in an old copy of Airfix Magazine of Gibsons My Crimean War and the demise of the excellent but brief Emhar range has brought into focus the need for a full range of figures for this much ignored conflict to the same standard as recent Strelets releaes such as the WSS.

Your early Crimean range would benefit from re-mastering to todays standards I feel.

We see the merits of your idea, however we're pre-occupied with all those other projects at the moment. We might return to this era once again at some point but can't give you any time line.

I for one would be delighted to see some basic line infantry for each side, in your 12 poses per box format, if you can be persuaded one day. And maybe some artillery? I'm happy you've got the cavalry covered.
