Giant bugs have long been a staple of science fictions stories, particularly 1950's movies. So the need for giant bugs in wargaming is critical for those who want to employ M47 tanks in wargames in the American Southwest.

Progress has been made on my brick trucks. I work on a bunch of trucks at the same time, but one of them is always two or three or more steps closer to finishing than the others. That's because I can test out concepts and ideas before I do them on 10 trucks and find out they don't work.
This seems to be working.
Working on lego type brick based vans from the horseless carriage. This is the process. It is not very time consuming and the parts are very inexpensive. Plastiruct Plastic Weld glues the bricks very well.
Various National Guard, militia, and home guard type units were experimenting with motor vehicle in the USA almost from the beginning of motorized transports invention.
