It would be nice to have Canadian militia and French regulars in campaign dress. In the meantime . . .
There are figures in the Accurate/Imex AWI American Militia that can serve as Canadian militia. Look for the figures in soft stocking caps and long coats without turnbacks. As well, the Red Box Loyalist Militia from the 1745 Jacobite Rebellion range have figures in civilian dress and cocked hats. They could be used as the urban militia from Montreal or Quebec City.
The Italeri Indian Warriors will work very well for the French and Indian War. They can serve as either Iroquois/Haudenosaunee or Huron/Wendat. There are also figures from the IMEX Lewis and Clark and Eastern Friendly Indians that provide canoes and rowers as well as archers.
