"current production line" means only those sets that haven't been released yet. Once a set has been released and we announced that, its production is put on halt. It may eventually be re-released in case if there's demand for it but it's possibility is increasingly low due to ever expanding number of sets.
Availability depends on individual shops' stock, which you can check with the help of Plastic Review site.
