Got my 2 sets from the Seminole War this week. Tho the Seminoles are very nice, the true gem of this run are the US Volunteer Infantry. A great set, well sculpted & perfectly molded. & talk about diversity, these men fit in well for War Of 1812 all the way to The Alamo/Texas WOI/ex-Amer War & some might even fit in for the ACW. Just a great set! Thank you!

Still hoping Strelets will grace us with 1812 US Regular Infantry, Cavalry & Artillery. We have more Brits to fight that war several times over, but very few adversaries.

BTW, Plastic Soldier Review (PSR) just put up his review of the Seminole set. I certainly enjoy and applaud Mr PSR’s efforts. I often go back thru his review listings and read new things about sets released long ago. Sometimes it is quite the learning experience even on sets I may not be particularly interested in at the time. So, Bravo to PSR.
And Bravo to Strelets. Send forth what you can, when you can. We’re out here waiting. Especially would like to hear news on any new surprises and on the WSS Spanish and Dutch infantry. Hey, I said I’d leave you alone until at least February about them. Break’s over, it is Feb 1 today.

I couldn’t agree more about your thoughts on this set. Extremely versatile, it’s a great utility set. I’m still waiting to get a few sets. My supplier has been sold out twice before I was able to get some. Also wanted to give a quick shoutout to Mike for posting every single day. You’re this forum lively, and while I don’t comment on every post I do look through most of them. Your commitment is admirable!

I too look forward to this versatile set. If you don't post every day the algorithm will cause your group to suffer and people will think the group is dead.

And some people come from there and go to my blog, so my postings are a bit self serving.

Strelets makes lots of good stuff and I wish them every success.
