Welcome to the Strelets Forum. Please feel free to discuss any aspect of 1/72 scale plastic figures, not simply Strelets. If you have any questions about our products then we will answer them here.
I simply couldn’t go away your blog before suggesting we really enjoyed the standard information someone give your visitors? Shall be back often to evaluate high on new posts magic show
Very nice to see that Strelets is alive and well. Can you absorb suggestions? The knapsack is French in design and should be changed to the British Trotter design - leather with two long straps.
thank you for your comment.
We will try to rectify the issue while it's not too late. That's what happens when the sculptor is working basing upon planchettes which have frontal views only.
Nice to see the light infantry of the British depicted after the complete series of the line infantry. I do hope these poses will also include skirmishers, what they were intended to do.
I do have to say that I'm impressed that you still find ways to produce figurines under the circumstances.
It encourages me to be as bold as to ask if you intend to expand on your French infantry with voltigeurs, grenadiers and fusiiers in proportion 1/1/4 both in firing line, square and attack.
For now, I wish you all the best and be not only brave, but also careful.
Please please take Thomas advise seriously!!!!
We need frenchies of that kind, duty and proportions
There are lot of sets of german ww2 and napoleonic line french infantry
but poorly researched
I gotta throw my support in for this. The sculptor for all these new Napoleonics is one of my favorites. I really hope to see the French, Austrians, and Russians fleshed out more in the near future. In the meantime I’ll have plenty of British to paint.
If I remember correctly, Strelets said that they plan to release the Bavarian firing line for Christmas and then the rest of the sets will come in 2025. And most exciting of all they said that they plan on expanding the range even further.
