No, it isn't

You may find info on PSR about their Iberian infantry packs Set 1, which masters was destroyed with russian missile before it was printed, so the Set 2 came first.

BTW Miniart is a Ukrainian company too. However, the only first hand 1/72 miniatures set they are selling for now is combined with a castle.
