The WW2 desert sets look very good, if the Africa korps chap is artillery, no need for the rifle,it would just get in the way and make hot work even hotter.

That's true Alan...although when it comes down to it artillerymen would wear minimal kit at all (and maybe no shirt either) when serving the guns in summer conditions.
And besides, that chap with the crate is carrying a dozen Christmas puddings....!:smile:

FFL guy looks like an awkward, unlikely pose - picking up a heavy mortar shell with his left hand, whilst the left arm is also trying to maintain a slung rifle at the same time?
