Welcome to the Strelets Forum. Please feel free to discuss any aspect of 1/72 scale plastic figures, not simply Strelets. If you have any questions about our products then we will answer them here.
Re: Which WSS set are you most looking forward to?
Flambeau
However, in the future some heavy artillery would be nice, according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blenheim_order_of_battle the French had 8, 12, 16 and even 24 pdrs. at Blenheim.
I agree Flambeau, a set of heavy artillery for the WoSS would be very useful. This would provide the position batteries that were a feature of most of the battles of the era, and also very useful siege artillery. Guns of the calibre that you mention ie: up to 24 pounder, would be very suitable.
At present, the 'best' guns for this purpose in 1/72 plastic are some of the Mars TYW artillery. I'm sure that Strelets could do better...

I am looking foreword to the last one, so we can get back to the desert and WW2....Bah Humbug
Ah well, I'm sure Strelets will be trying hard to keep us all satisfied this year. Nine new WoSS sets in the summer can't be the only offerings, I'm sure some Napoleonics will be in there, probably some WW2 as well.
In the meantime, how about some innovative new 'hybrid' sets including (for example), a set of 'King Ludwig's Afrika Legion': prototype officer figure for said unit below:

Not one of my eras (yet?), but I am definitely enjoying the eye candy. One thing about the new eras being done is I can hopefully catch up on the backlog of figures to be painted while waiting for the next Nappies or ACW! One has to be philosophical about these things.
