Welcome to the Strelets Forum. Please feel free to discuss any aspect of 1/72 scale plastic figures, not simply Strelets. If you have any questions about our products then we will answer them here.
I see that you could not resist replying to our 'friend' William. I assume that your wit will be lost when Strelets delete the latest lot of posts from 'him' (it/them).
It's always a disappointment to come to the forum to see what ideas, questions or useful comments have been posted, only to find a heap of posts that are all rubbish from our friendly spammers. It must be most annoying to our kind hosts to have to deal with them continually. Trouble is, just like those phone calls that I ignore but still keep coming, the computer does not tire of sending them.
It is as if 'he' (it/they) are trying to take the award for the most regular poster!
Ah well, thank you for bringing a smile in the midst of the latest 'bombardment'.
indeed, that's the most annoying thing on the forum.
The list of the banned IPs of this "William" is longer, than M25 (London orbital road).
Best regards,
Strelets
Your efforts in keeping William Smith in check are much appreciated, Strelets. It is more important that this Forum remains a lively, open and vibrant place to share views.
Incidentally, and especially for those who are not UK-based and have not experienced the wonders of the M25 London orbital motorway: It is c. 117 miles (189km) long, crosses the River Thames by a bridge in one direction and a tunnel in the other, connects the main London airports....and is frequently log-jammed.:fearful: It is also a true ring road, so is never-ending....and it often feels that way when you are driving on it as well!! There have even been incidents where confused drivers have been unable to navigate their way off the road and have had to be escorted off by the police. To many, the closest thing to a driving nightmare, but I'm sure some people love it.....
Technically, being a circular route it crosses the River Thames twice by bridge. Once in the East at Dartford, supplemented by the tunnel, and once in the West just SW of Heathrow Airport... 👍

Goodness, you seem to know the M25 at least as well as I do Richard! Yes, 'crosses' is a more correct term here, technically and linguistically.:+1:
Ah yes, I remember that during my accidental encounter with the M25 I was cruelly misled by a pre-conceived notion that roads always go somewhere (Rome or Hackney?). You'd think that yearly visits to Canberra would have cured me of that (built by the same Aliens that did Milton Keynes).
But that's one mystery solved, when I was looking back over the details of one of my holidays I couldn't work out why it had taken me so long to get from St Albans to London; I think I understand now.
