Nice work! A simple but effective set up and some well-painted figures here; a scene from the many hundreds of small, dusty firefights that British troops were involved in during the days of Empire. I like the dried up ditch, the wagon and the scrubby dried up grass tufts.
Absolutely wonderful! Bit too deserty for me :) I also have redcoats en Zulu's in my collection. Taking these figures as benchmark, Strelets should be able to make magnificent fighting and firing lines for their Napoleonic figures as well.
I do like colonial troops and these are a splendid addition. May I add my congratulations Alan on an inspiring display. Which reminds me I've got some scruffy Boers somewhere, now if I just break off. No must stay focused! I'm painting on too many fronts already.

Wonderful work indeed Alan. You've given these figures life.
Agreed on the Napoleonic firing lines.
