Been looking for a long time for this kit with no luck. Just missed out on an auction on eBay for it, wound up going for around 80 US dollars. I gather there is no chance of this kit being reissued? Any chance that the upcoming Napoleon's General Staff (3) is a replacement for this kit?

no, molds for this set aren't usable any longer.
New set isn't supposed to be a replacement, that will be a different concept altogether.
