Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

None in the ones I have had so far.

But if you're asking, i think a boxed set of command sprues would be a good idea when all of the main sets are complete.

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

Good evening,
Everything was ok for me.
Thank you for asking.

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

I bought most of the Napoleonic sets & mine all seem OK.

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

Dear Strelets

I'm located in the U.S., West Coast Pacific Ocean side and all of my recent new sets have been OK (nothing missing)

My subjects are (1) War of Spanish Succession, (2) Colonial Boer Wars - Both British and Boers, (3) American Civil War - Both U.S. and C.S.A., and (4) RIF War - Both French Foreign Legion and Rebels

* Note: I sure appreciate you putting the years of the wars on some of your boxes, such as 1899-1902 and 1701-1714. Seeing the years and name of wars printed on the boxes really get me more excited about the offering, and also help me to learn about new subjects I had never heard of before your new subjects, for example The War of Spanish Succession. I hope you keep doing this on future boxes. It may even help attract newer, younger customers by attracting their curiosity.

With appreciation and best regards - GC

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

Hi Strelets,

I purchased all of the new Napoleonic sets and all were perfect, However to improve any quality control errors perhaps it would be better to leave command figures on all sprues. It would solve this issue and stop us all nagging you for separate command sets.

I am sure we would all pay a little more and it would improve efficiency on the production line so a win - win.

p.s
thanks for asking us though

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

Hi Strelets,

I am in the UK and have bought hundreds of boxes of Strelets figures over the years mainly via Hannants and Drum & Flag and have never had any problems with the sprues.

As for command figures I would also like to see more in each box, if I understand correctly that you currently block off the command part of the mold as opposed to having some secret stash of command figures, I would be willing to pay slightly more to keep these extra command figures on all sprues.

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

Ditto to the above.

Napoleonic sets all present, correct and flamin' marvellous!

I like Allan's suggestion. Command figures are always really, really useful. Could be a super point of difference too!

All power to you to keep going at or around your current rate, range of periods/poses and excellent quality.

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

No missing parts for me. And I bought more than six sets (not napoleonics)...

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

Bought all napoleonics bar two, that will come later via internet. No problem.

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

I bought all new sets and 10 sets from 231 and 232 WSS line. All the sets had their corresponding sprues.

Kind regards,

Yevgen

All good in the hood.:+1:

Re: Missing sprues in the last batch of sets

Luca Kristancic
