What are the four small nubs on one of the camel sprues for. Does the camel rider with leg tucked under him go on a specific camel?

1. by "nubs", we presume, you meant the sacks? Anyway, that's an optional item.
2. when sculpted figures are, indeed, attached to a specific camel.
