I hope its okay to post about this site which is on YouTube the channel and can be found by searching for ramius in YouTube search bar (just think of Hunt for Red October).
The channel is in french but the guy covers painting Napoleonic plastic and metal figures from a wide range our company's in our scale. He shows lots of stuff like the use of washes and paints from all company's It is easy to follow along just by watching the videos as he gives a step by step guide showing each phase and what paints he uses.
I found his relaxed style very easy to follow and thought others might like to know about it
