... well, I was avoiding this years end wish list post (as I didn't want to repeat myself with suggestions of periods, that probably wont see the light of day) but instead decided to express my wishes for already existing range by Strelets, the ACW.

Would love to see Strelets expanding this range with the following sets:

















... I could go on... and then into other periods, that are already in development by Strelets, but I would probably end up suggesting new periods again. :thinking_face:

I couldn't agree with you more!. It had been so long for anything new ACW coming out, and yet this year with their recent releases I for one have gotten rejuvenated in my old civil war armies. The new sets are a serious UPGRADE in my armies and I can only hope your suggestions would be taken seriously by the good folks at strelets. I understand their desire to cover other areas in the hobby, but the great ACW sets that have been released have wet the appetites to a lot of civil war gamers, so I hope they won't have us wait too long for some new ones. PLEASE sTRELETS, please keep this in mind for the near future, THANK YOU SO MUCH! for the great sets you already have released for the ACW.

Brilliant idea - I have often looked through the pages of Don Troiani's books and imagined such sets..

Oh, and P.S.! There are those of us who have been requesting and would also like to see Strelets make ACW "Naval Landing Parties" and "Naval Gun Crews". As far as I can tell, one mould could be made for each Theme and then run on both Blue and Grey Colours.

Both navies contributed hugely to the ACW and could certainly add lots of variety and excitement to the Strelets ACW Range. :-) GC

Thank you Strelets, I must admit I'm quite flattered by your response.

After all, it's your 'fault', that I have finally delve into this fascinating conflict I was ignoring for years. Now I'm surrounded with everything ACW related... books, wargaming rules, audiobooks, documentaries and your figures of course.

Looking forward to whatever is coming for the ACW - even if it's nose-picking Confederates and socks patching Federals sets.
