Welcome to the Strelets Forum. Please feel free to discuss any aspect of 1/72 scale plastic figures, not simply Strelets. If you have any questions about our products then we will answer them here.
Yes, I'm especially hoping to see a Confederate Cavalry set. And if you do make it, please make it early war when they were all uniformed in their Southern Sunday best uniforms. There are already far too many ragged looking late war figures.
Question for Strelets Team - I'm curious about your sales. You mentioned at the beginning of your releases that sales of the initial sets success would determine future sets. How do feel your sales have been? I've bought multiple boxes of all sets so far. Very nice quality, poses and so many unique ones such as Officers and Casualties, etc.
generally speaking, they sell well, so there are some prospects beyond of what has been announced so far.
Best regards,
Strelets
Thank you for your reply. I think it is good news. As time moves on, more and more customers will discover all of the variety and endless scenarios your sets can offer, for wargamers and collectors alike.
Besides the CSA Cavalry, I hope someday to see a large Seige Gun set which both sides used in stone fortresses such as within and against Fort Sumpter where the ACW's first cannon shots were heard.
I've always enjoyed Don Troiani's painting of "December 13, 1862: The (Union's) Irish Brigade charges up Marye's Heights during the Battle of Fredericksburg."
I'd like to see one box of pre-battle standing and another during battle advancing, shooting, and at least 1 casualty.
