Re: Who are these guys?

They are Villanova Culture warriors, ancestors of the etruscans from 10-7th century b.c.

It´s a preview of a future set:

Yes, you could mix them with HaT's Etruscan set......wait a minute.....

Very nice figures. Perhaps you can get another empty box to add to your collection of rare empty Etruscan boxes. :grinning:

Re: Who are these guys?

Danny,
my collection of empty boxes, alas, is minimal as I throw them out once the figures are painted.

I have enough problems storing my waegames' armies without the nightmare of hundreds(?) of HaT, Strelets, Zvesda, Caesar, Revell et al boxes.

Re: Who are these guys?

Alas Donald

I was thinking that if you still had the empty Etruscan box that you once displayed perhaps a collector might be silly enough to one day pay even sillier money for it. It could become a Penny Black of model soldier boxes.

On another note would love Strelets to produce Etruscans using the sculptor who produced the recently released Spartacus before battle set.

Cheers
