Agree, I am delighted that North Africa is getting the attention it deserves, LRDG/SAS , British 5.5 med gun and crew, too please.

A very versatile artillery piece, that was also basically the same weapon as the Russian 107mm M/1910 and French Schneider Canon de 105 L, Modele 1913 TR, used with slight modifications from WW1, various interwar conflicts and WW2 according to Landships:

I'd want to use them for the Russian and Spanish Civil Wars (both sides in each case) but personally wouldn't have any use for the crew in WW2 Italian tropical dress so it would be great if a guns only pack was also an option.

SteveO, why not team up with other collectors? While eagerly waiting for some of these guns, I could use even more of the gun crews so I would gladly discuss a swap.

Btw wouldn't the crew figures work for SCW Italians?

Italians in the SCW only wore the European theatre uniform, according to all the documentation, so no tropical helmets and shorts. At the start they had Adrian helmets before adopting the M1933 so the French crew actually would be more suitable as well being useful for many other countries.

Thanks SteveO, I knew the Spanish didn't wear shorts but was unsure whether the Italian CTV did.

And now the French crew have the French Schneider Canon de 105 L, Modele 1913 version of the gun - will certainly be getting some of them.
