Crimea and Italian Independence Wars

Dear Strelets, i appreciated very much your Crimean War Series, expecially your Sardinian Bersaglieri. Why not expand your rare XIX Century Range with a dip in Italian Risorgimento? Piedmont Infantry, Cavalry and Artillery are (nearly, except for a Lucky Toys set) totally missing (i coped with Belgian WWI Infantry -!?-, Napoleonic French Lancers and Strelets Crimean French Field Artillery but...). The same is for Austrian Infantry, Grenzers, Kaiserjagers, Cavalry and Artillery (Lucky Toys and Waterloo provided some but not enough). I had to remedy with Napoleonic Austrian Grenzers, Landwehr and Chevauxlegers and Strelets Crimean French African Chasseurs. Bersaglieri, French Troops and Zouaves are enough represented but Bourbonic Troops of the Kingdom of Naples deserve a better representation, since Imex Mexican Infantry and Artillery are not quite the same thing... Thank you! ...and, yes, armed civilians (Garibaldi militia, 1848 rioters, brigands...) too are requested! ...to the barricades!

Re: Crimea and Italian Independence Wars

Dear Giorgio,

while we understand your legitimate desire to have a full range of sets for that period, we'd hate to spoil the theme, that is being developed by Lucky Toys.
Also Waterloo 1815, may be, are a more appropriate company for this subject, taking their specific interest in Italian history.

Best regards,

Strelets

Re: Crimea and Italian Independence Wars

I'm very happy and thankful for your spoiler! I'm very happy for Lucky Toys resurrection just in time for Easter! Thank you again!

Re: Crimea and Italian Independence Wars

Sadly, I was unable to find any indication of Lucky Toys still developing anything for the Risorgimento, so any information would be much appreciated.

I'm with Giorgio about Piedmont and Bourbon, and most of all Austrian, troops being needed. The Austrians are essential to fight the Prussians (1866) and the Danish (1864) as well. Regards, Pa
