I am afraid it would have to be called something different and the figures would also need to very different. There have already been partwork figures (1/35th?) released which of course were licensed and guaranteed high volume sales. McFarlane do them as well. The more successful the film or TV series then the bigger the bill/fine for illegal use of copyrighted materials. I would think HBO have a legal department 10 times bigger than all of Strelets, Hat, Caesar etc combined.Funko pop do these slightly modified proportions ones:
