Re: WW1 French Infantry

Shabby troops certainly!

The late French troops available are fine, especially the heavy machine gun + crew from Pegasus, but I found the assembly of the figures rather a pain. I also like the ancient Airfix set (1/76 scale) however it is very long in the tooth. The Revell set is 22mm and is not one of there best anatomical set and has not been available for a long time.

I for one prefer one piece figures which look like they are not on the parade ground.Throw in a Colonial French set

Re: WW1 French Infantry

I agree with both of you wholeheartedly Strelets have been pleasantly surprising us lately, maybe late war Poilus and French colonial infantry will follow one day.
