I'm not raelly concerned what is released, so long as it actually makes it to the hobby shops for consumption.

no kidding, theres been like 40+ sets released in the last month or two.i havent seen more than half show up in any local hobby shop.

as to strelets, more enemies of rome.

Haven't seen more than half? Lucky you, speaking of plastic soldiers at my favourite nobby shops I haven't seen anything but re-releases since a couple of years As for model kits, things have been slightly better, but still 3/4 or more of all the kits were re-releases.
I've nothing against re-releases, but sometimes I'd love to find some new stuff too.

releases not in hobby shops and releases

I think retailers are having to be selective (collectors also).

40+sets is not a lot when you think of the periods now covered. I am not sure whether a Zvezda set of 4 figures counts as a set as that would boost the raw statistics.

It would also be nice to see most manufacturers make and release sets that were proposed and to finish off the ranges already established.
