Those who are enterprising and don't want to have sets do double duty can pit Caesar's Legionnaires against the Republican Legionnaires of Pompey et al. After all, those guys WERE fighting for the Republic versus Caesar's dictatorship. Of course, for the civil wars of Brutus, Antony and Octavian would probably need to use the Ceasar guys against one another.

Thank you for the historical facts regarding these new sets. I'll copy your posting and keep new notes for the Roman Wars. It's nice for me to know they can be used without waiting for other enemies.
