Re: Light Infantry masters

It's great to see the Streltsi are back.
Is this a one of or can we look forward to more in future sets

Re: Light Infantry masters

I´m not a huge fan of this period but I find these figs great. Nice range of poses and the sculpting looks excellent.
In fact the whole range is very good.
Cheers

Re: Light Infantry masters

Super, I can see lots of uses for these, including early Revolutionary Wars French Light Infantry.

Re: Light Infantry masters

I'm very pleased to see these: i love the Tarletons and i do like the different orders of dress. The movement and animation on the loading, priming and cocking figures are particularly good.

However, i have a small issue with accuracy:
The double-breasted jackets (more like a Kollet) depicted on these figures just don't look right for British light infantry in Egypt (such as the 90th, Perthshire Volunteers).

I'd be happy to stand corrected, but all the images i've seen of British troops in Egypt wear the standard single breasted coatee with regimemental lace on the button holes. Even if the sleeved waist coat is being depicted in lieu of the coatee, it should be single breasted and should lack tails.

Best wishes, steve
