Johnny's passing was finally due to a massive heart attack, altho' not as cut and dried as that.

I have just seen SHOUT. I was three rows from the front and the energy level from the stage was wonderful. Clear sound and big production. The show has everything from happiness, drag performers to sadness. I left on a real high and raving to everyone i know. I'm in my early thirties and am confused by how he actually passed away.
