BARC DUNLOP CLUBMANS CUP NOTICE OF ‘WORKSHOP’ MEETING
7 NOVEMBER 2009
All interested parties are hereby invited to a ‘workshop’ meeting on Saturday 7 November 2009 for the purpose of considering the future of Clubmans Cup.
The objective will be:
“To return Clubmans Cup to its position as a popular formula with good grids, good racing and a loyal competitor base by providing fast, competitive fun at reasonable cost.”
The format will be participative and involve all attendees. We'll agree the proposed objective (see above). Everyone will then have the chance to identify the issues/problems they perceive. We will then work out how many common topics exist and which are the most important. This will be done working in small teams. Then we will all start to plan a course of action that we can all get behind.
It is not limited to participation by current [2009] drivers or Register members.
Refreshment of basic type will be available.
The meeting starts at 0945 on Saturday 7 November and is expected to end by 1600.
