AGM Saturday 17th July via Zoom

The Clubmans Register AGM will be held at 10.30am on Saturday 17th July via Zoom. The AGM has been moved from the normal February date due to our incorporation and subsequent change in accounting period. Moving our accounting period to the normal calendar year end date has been considered, but due to other implications this hasn’t been changed.

Reports are presented by the Chairman and Class representatives. The roles of Chairman and Secretary are voted at the AGM, with the current incumbents are happy to remain in office. The other roles of Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Social Secretary are nominated by the Committee, if anyone wishes to stand for any of these roles, then please let us know. The drivers representatives who were agreed at last years ‘Drivers Meeting’ formally take up their roles at the AGM.

The structure of the classes, technical issues etc are normally discussed at the Drivers Meeting which is normally held in October.

Hence the AGM is normally a short meeting to meet legal requirements
