Many of us have raced on this track with the exception of the link between "The Loop" and "Chapel" when racing in the Birkett on the GP circuit. On this basis does the International Circuit constitute a new circuit WRT to briefings? What's your take on this?

Somebody I know has raced on all 3 of the current versions of the circuit (plus a couple of the old ones). As far as I'm aware, the only Silverstone briefing he attended was for the National circuit, way back in the early part of this century. I'm not aware he's been admonished for not having been to any others.
