Indeed, thank you.
For clarification, Mike's advice was that if your helmet hasn't got a silver FIA sticker denoting its correct HANS approval, either inside older helmets, or outside on newer ones, then he can't let you race.
I'll post the link on the Home page Committee News when I've finished my Sangria (hic!). Meantime, get polishing those silver-stickered helmets chaps - Silverstone GP circuit is on the horizon and we already have yet another new youngster joining us in S1600 (K Sports) to help make the event over subscribed.
Great news Harty. I am looking forward to seeing (or even being part of) that grid of 54 cars!
You will need to be part of it.
Being legal is one thing but not being uncomfortable is another.
if you haven't used one last season I would recommend getting into your car in the garage asap and make sure belts, hans, helmet all work together.... Give the wife a shout to come and check on you after 5 mins in case the result is a restriction of blood flow to the head!!!
@ Jonty; most Clubmans racers have that restriction ayway
Or too much blood flow to the head......
........or even to their helmets!
