Now we are introducing Hankook's (at the moment alongside Dunlop's) does anybody know what will be the situation with lap records? Do we draw a line under them and start again? or do we just carry on?

Andy, please advise your 'friend' that we carry on as before.
If you consult the lap record page on this fine website you will see that in Sports 1600 we have lap records ranging from 1996 through to 2014, during which time we have used a variety of Dunlop and Avon tyres.
How many records do you think will fall in 2015???
Perhaps we should open a book.......?

I'm expecting new lap records, especially as we have some new "hot-shoe" drivers joining the Sports 1600 grid, and a more determined than ever Michelle doing most rounds. Look out Alex and Wyd, they're after you.
