Prawn & Avocado Cocktail with a Lemon Dressing

Toasted Bruchetta topped with fresh vine tomato, & red onion with a balsamic glaze

Main Courses

Poached Salmon with lobster bisque & crayfish tails on spinach mash served with green beans

Oven baked breast of chicken wrapped in brie & bacon served with new potatoes and fresh vegetables
