Menu for Snetterton Dinner Sat 1st June - HSCC

Hi All,

Please have a look at the menu below for the pre-meeting dinner on Saturday, 1st June prior to the HSCC meeting at Snetterton, make your choices and let us know what you would like to eat. If at all possible, we would like to have all choices known by Wednesday, 29th May 2013 in order that we can let the pub know.

Soup of the day
Homemade soup with fresh soft bread

Bread Selection
A mixture of flavoured breads served on a slate with; olives and a balsamic and olive oil dip

Anti Pasto Platter
Selection of prosciutto ham, chorizo, olives, feta stuffed sweet pepper and fresh bread

Smoked Mackerel Salad
Flakes of mackerel, rocket salad, tangy mustard dressing and fresh bread

Chicken Liver Pate
Accompanied by caramelised red onion chutney and toasted bread

King Prawns in Filo Pastry
Tender King prawns with a sweet chilli dip, salad and balsamic glaze

Fried whitebait served with wedge of lemon and brown bread & butter


10oz Ribeye Steak
A juicy steak cut from the rib section, marbled and full of flavour served with a field mushroom, chips and garnish

8oz Sirloin Steak
Flavoursome tender cut of beef from the sirloin, served with a field mushroom, chips and garnish

Pan fried chicken
Tender chicken breast in a button onion, red wine and sage jus

Homemade tender beef lasagne with chips and garnish

8oz Burger
Flavoursome hand pressed burger made to our special recipe, served in a seeded bun with salad, chips and relish

Whole tail scampi
Served with chips and salad

Bangers and Mash
Harling recipe sausages, rich onion and red wine gravy, creamy mashed potato
