Taits of innerleithen, walkerburn

Looking for anyone with Taits from the borders of scotland in their family tree. I have done alot of research and maybe able to connect with a cousin or two a few times removed.

Hi Carolyn, My wife has just found this site! I am a decendant of James Tait (1803-71) born in Traquair, Peeblesshire. James was a slate quarrier and died in lived in Stobo. He married Margaret Borthwick ( 1805-71) They are my Great x 4 grandparents. Are they any link to you?
