I've just discovered this web site and am very pleased to add a small piece to the mix.
I am son of Leslie John Tait (b10/5/1927 in Belfast) and, to date, have little information regarding the NI Taits. I know Dad had a large number of uncles who mostly left for America and Canada during his childhood, from Scotland and the Limavady area in County Londonderry. More info being gathered and recorded for me by Dad at the moment, so I should have more detailed information in the near future.
